Removal and Surface Preparation for Painting

The removal of paint and contaminants from fuel storage tank surfaces is performed using specialized robots specifically designed to deliver exceptional results. These robots adhere to the metal surface using magnetic technology and are powered by a vacuum system that collects debris and directs it to our waste storage facility for proper disposal.

Additionally, a dedicated water supply station supports the hydroblasting robot, which operates at an impressive pressure of 2,800 bar. The water used undergoes a rigorous filtration process to ensure the operation is both clean and environmentally safe.

Once the surface has been cleaned and prepared, the painting process is carried out using advanced robotic systems. These robots ensure speed, precision, and high-quality results.

A single robot, is capable of removing paint and contaminants from a tank measuring 120 meters in diameter and 20 meters in height within just two days, including the application of paint.

For environments with a risk of explosive atmospheres, our robots are equipped with EX (explosion-proof) technology, guaranteeing safe and reliable operation under such conditions.

Oil Tank Cleaning

The cleaning of fuel storage tanks with metal surfaces is performed using our advanced robots and equipment, specifically designed and engineered for this purpose.

The robot adheres to the metal surface using magnetic technology and operates with the support of a 500-bar water pump, enabling the efficient removal of all types of contaminants.

When necessary, we also utilize specialized chemicals to tackle more stubborn dirt effectively.

Details regarding the service execution time, the number of technicians required, and water consumption are outlined in the illustrative table below.
